At The Apex at Red Hawk
$100 per ticket
Check in right after graduation then board a bus and head to the grad party!
NO REFUNDS FOR THIS EVENT.
We are a non-profit and incur fee's on both the purchase and refund. In the event there is an emergency situation and the Sober Grad Committee has approved your refund, your refund will be less of all fee's charged plus an administration fee.

You must be present to win prizes. We will not hold prizes. If you do not pick up your prize(s) after you get off the bus, your prizes will be forfeited.
You may bring ONLY the following items
Cell Phone
Cell Phone Charger
Clear Bags or small bags no bigger than 6" wide or tall
Medically necessary equipment/medication
Bags will be inspected prior to boarding the buses.
Cosmetic bags, perfume, deodorant, pill bottles, etc… will be thrown away!
Students who have pre-approved items by the committee will be allowed to bring those items into the event.

Students MUST ride the buses to the event. Anyone not on the bus will be turned away at Apex.
Students can start checking in around 9:30pm after graduation in the Ponderosa cafeteria.
Students should change into post-graduation clothes PRIOR to check-in. Send any clothing, bags, and other items with your family before coming to the cafeteria.
You must show your CURRENT student ID and the QR code from your ticket at check in. (Anyone without a current student ID showing they are Ponderosa 2025 graduating student will not be allowed to attend)
Buses will leave as they are filled. If you want to ride with your friends, we suggest you check in together. Otherwise, load on different buses. It’s a short ride!
Due to the timing of the event, students WILL be exhausted. CHP highly discourages students from driving themselves home after grad night. We encourage parents to pick up their students or arrange carpool options ahead of time. We want all students to arrive home safely – you have your whole life ahead of you!
Students may leave Apex at any time prior to 3 am, as long as they have a ride home. Pick up drivers may be asked to show ID. (Safety is our priority!)
Apex is on Tribal Land. They will have security and police present at all times. Leave everything at home – it’s not worth sneaking anything in! We unfortunately will have no influence over what happens to students if Tribal police get involved.
Prizes will be announced at 2am. You must be present to win.
We will have a volunteer nurse on site all night.
