Designate Ponderosa High School Sober Grad Night, Group ID #500006415 as your organization. Renew by November 1 every year to keep account current. Present your card or sign in while checking out.   Bel Air/Raley's Quality of Life Card   Request a Quality of Life card by sending your name and mailing address to committee@PHSSoberGradNight.org and we will send you a Quality of Life card in the mail. Present your card while checking out.   Food4Less/Nugget Markets Scrip Card       Request either a Food4Less or Nugget Market Scrip card by sending your name and mailing address to committee@PHSSoberGradNight.org and we will send you the Scrip Card. Register Food4Less Scrip cards at http://www.f4lscrip.com/. Register Nugget Market Scrip cards at www.nuggetmarket.com/community. Be sure to search for SOBER GRAD NIGHT as your beneficiary.
